Dr Fletcher Mitchell is an International Euphonium Soloist based in Brisbane, Australia. He has travelled the world as a guest soloist, conductor, adjudicator, and educator including the United States, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, Asia, the Pacific, and across Australia & New Zealand. He is the euphonium lecturer at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, casual academic at the University of Queensland, and holds a Ph.D. researching 'The Emergence of Australian Solo Euphonium Repertoire'. Fletcher was a full-time euphonium player with the Royal Australian Navy Band (2007-2020) and continues his service as a reservist with the RAN Band Queensland. He is the Head of Bands at Canterbury College in Brisbane and has been an AMEB examiner since 2019. Fletcher is a Yamaha Performing Artist and Denis Wick Artist. www.fletchermitchell.com
